Production Specialist

David-Donehower Funeral Home in Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented full time Production Specialist to support the production of stationery materials for services and visitations. This role also assists with general office and facility support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and assemble stationery materials for services and visitations
• Answer phones and assist with general inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities
• Support families and staff as needed
• Order and stock supplies
• Process payments accurately
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
• Assist with event coordination for services and visitations
• Support social media and marketing efforts

• Reliable and team-oriented
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic content creation tools
