Lind SignSpring Group has an opening for a Production Specialist who will work directly with the Operations Manager. The Production Specialist position will assemble, package, and ship BannerFrame systems.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Major Activities and Responsibilities:

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships


• Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction


• Assist the Operations Manager with installations; may be subject to working on a man-lift at various heights.

• Assemble and package products for shipment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

• Accurately read a tape measure and level


• Base knowledge with power tools and hand tools


• Understanding of linear and square footage measurements


• Works well in a fast-paced environment


• Task focused 


• Skill in working independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction

• Written and verbal communication skills


• Problem solving

Education and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Current and Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
