Production Supervisor

Do you want the opportunity to use hands-on approaches to train, motive, and supervise a group of supported laborers and line supervisors to create and package life-saving equipment, sustainable goods, food/drink, sensory apparel, and law enforcement uniforms? Arc Herkimer wants you to lead workers through various projects!

Rate of pay: $20

Schedule:  Full time; 40 hours/week; Monday- Friday 7am- 3pm with flexibility. 

Requirements: 

• Associates degree in related technical program preferred. 
• Prior production experience required. 
• One-year supervisory experience required
• 18+ years old, with agency-approvable driver’s license.

• Lead inclusive workforce in a manufacturing and industrial setting
• Use hands-on approaches to train, motivate, and supervise teams
• Develop procedures and processes to improve the overall operation of the site. 
• Manage a variety of exciting contract projects and commodities productions
• Ensure efficiency, quality standards, and maintenance of equipment
• Provide supervision, leadership, and performance management to direct reports.  
• Maintain and meet production workflow and schedules.
