What You’ll Do:

• 
  

  Lead and support your team through daily production goals

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee scheduling, equipment operations, and shift transitions

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments

  
  


• 
  

  Coach, train, and evaluate hourly associates

  
  


• 
  

  Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and food safety compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate across departments (Sanitation, Quality, Maintenance)

  
  


• 
  

  Use tools like Shop Logix, Safety Chain, and Corvium to support workflow and training

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain proper documentation and cleanliness during sanitation activities

  
  

What You Bring:

• 
  

  2–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in food production

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with OSHA and safety best practices

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable using basic computer programs and production software

  
  


• 
  

  Bilingual or prior sanitation certification (CCP1/CCP2) is a plus

  
  

Work Environment:
Fast-paced food manufacturing facility with exposure to temperature changes. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and lead by example on the floor.
