Job Description:

1. Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best and we own it. 
2. Lead and manage a team, establishing expectations and holding the team accountable to meeting them (LMA).
3. Manage department priorities and optimize workflows to meet the production demand as scheduled by Supply Chain.
4. Ensure produced products meet or exceed quality specifications. 
5. Meet or exceed production and employee budgetary guidelines.
6. Lead the department’s innovation and process improvement activities to identify and reduce/eliminate waste.
7. Oversee and maintain a safe work environment, providing necessary training and ensuring the team performs job functions safely.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. A minimum of two years’ experience in a production environment with a high level of understanding of production equipment and methods.  
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to anticipate and act upon potential and existing problems.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate and instruct while fostering a positive work environment. 
5. Must be able to bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
