Production Support

Job Title: Production Support - Dip Operator (1st Shift)

Location: Eden Valley, MN

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM)

Pay: $17.00/Hour

Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

RIE Coatings is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Support team member to assist our Dip Spin Operators on 1st shift in Eden Valley, MN. This position plays an important role in keeping production running efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Support Dip Spin Operators throughout the production process


• Move product and materials using pallet jacks and forklifts


• Load product into machines and transport finished product to the next stage


• Prepare coatings and monitor levels, temperature, and viscosity


• Strain and bucket coatings as needed


• Complete required production and quality documentation


• Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met


• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently


• Help maintain productivity while ensuring safety and quality standards


• Cross-train in multiple production areas


• Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe work environment


• Work closely with team members to support production goals


• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and quality


• Dependable with a positive attitude


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills


• Ability to read work orders and instructions


• Good communication skills


• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs


• Occasionally lift up to 65 lbs and rarely up to 75 lbs


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift


• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with coatings, chemicals, and varying temperatures
