This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.\n\nThis position will be performing day-to-day work in the Filter Test Lab.\n\nThis position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * High School Diploma/GED\n\n * US Citizenship required\n\n * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Active Secret clearance.\n\n * Experience working with avionics or electronics.\n\n * Advanced education in avionics or electronics.\n\n * Developmental or operational test experience.\n\n * Experience with ESD (electrostatic discharge) and FOD (foreign object damage) control.\n\n * Experience with MS Office products.\n\n * Experience with FAR, ITAR, AS9100, and/or ISO 90001 rules and regulations.\n\n * Experience with filter tuning\n\n * Experience with RF Theory\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Can Offer You \u2013 \nNorthrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment which encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
