The Cancer Research and Relief Foundation is a non-profit intermediary organization that provides assistance to individuals with cancer and help fund research projects. We specialize in face-to-face and telephone fundraising with a strong focus on monthly giving. We attract staff that is passionate about the mission of the foundation, and we provide ongoing leadership opportunities to build the next generation of skilled fundraisers.

Job Duties:
Our Ideal management trainee is charismatic, assertive and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. You will conduct phone calls, collect donations via telephone, penetrate new businesses and build existing relationships, set goals with individuals and companies and inspire them to attain those goals as event leaders and participants. Develop fundraising campaigns and procedures.

This position is for the self- motivated individual who requires little or no supervision. This is a home based opportunity, but as a professional fundraising consultant you are required to develop fundraising campaigns.

Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize work.
Strong data entry skills
Ability to perform search / inquiry tasks, handle customer problems and evaluate of customer satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include:
Understands the company's vision, mission, and strategy; understands business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals accordingly.
The successful candidate must be very comfortable and proficient with customers contact via telephone and e-mail to discuss donations.
