Job Description - Professional Mover - Fine Art & Furniture | Full-Time

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading warehousing and logistics organization to hire a dependable Mover in Phoenix, AZ who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and handling valuable items with care.

In this hands-on role, you’ll transport, deliver, and install furniture, fine art, antiques, and personal belongings for local and interstate moves while helping ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally

Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries accurately and on time
Keep vehicles clean and ready for daily operations
Complete required paperwork, including condition reports and trip manifests
Safely pack, handle, transport, and install artwork, antiques, and fine furnishings
Support complex installations and specialized projects
Train and guide junior art handlers as needed
Load and unload company and third-party trucks with care
Submit signed manual timesheets within 24 hours when reporting to or from client sites
Notify the Dispatch Manager of proposed trip or manifest changes before proceeding

What We’re Looking For

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe handling practices
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and push or pull up to 150 pounds using equipment
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach throughout the workday
Experience using dollies, J-bars, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Ability to complete paperwork and condition reports accurately
Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established procedures
