Job Summary


The Program Advisor is a high-impact, revenue-generating role within the Client Success Team, responsible for maximizing client program success and company growth through strategic client engagement. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in debt settlement and legal services while identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes through enrollment expansion, legal plan adoption, and transitional credit solutions.



Program Advisors operate at a senior level, combining consultative sales skills with deep operational knowledge to guide clients toward actions that accelerate their financial recovery and strengthen program performance.


Key Responsibilities



  • Proactively engage with existing clients to identify opportunities to:


    • Enroll previously unenrolled debts into the program

    • Promote and sell the company's legal plan

    • Introduce and convert clients to the Boost Card (transitional credit solution)


  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in:


    • Debt settlement processes and lifecycle

    • Legal processes, litigation risk, and legal plan benefits

    • Credit rebuilding tools and transitional financial products


  • Clearly communicate complex financial and legal concepts in a way that builds trust and drives client action

  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to uncover client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with CSS, Negotiations, and Legal teams to ensure seamless client experience

  • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics tied to:


    • Legal plan conversions

    • Debt enrollment increases

    • Boost Card adoption


  • Stay current on company offerings, compliance requirements, and industry trends

  • Revenue Generation: Legal plan conversions, debt enrollment, Boost Card adoption, SkyBridge loans, and revenue recovery

  • Client Impact: Retention rate and client action/engagement

  • Sales Effectiveness: Ability to convert conversations into multi-product solutions

  • Execution & Quality: CRM accuracy, compliance adherence, and activity levels


Performance & Incentives



  • Compensation includes a base rate plus performance-based incentives

  • Bonus structure tied to:


    • Legal plan sales

    • Enrollment of additional debts

    • Boost Card conversions
