Our Program Aide hourly rate ranges from $18.50/hr to $19.70/hr depending on experience and licensing.  As a full time employee, you will accrue paid time off starting day one.  Need insurance?  Desire low benefit premiums? As a Program Aide, your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Familiarize self with each individual's personal needs, preferences, and program plans.
• Assist individuals with physical care (toileting, positioning, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, etc.) as needed, or designated by plan.
• Implementing service plans as determined and written by planning team.
• Physical ability to be on feet all day and perform the lifting and care of individuals as required.
• Possess a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.
• Participating in activities/outings, and much more.

No experience, No worries!  Able2 will provide detailed training that will take

place in a classroom setting along with hands-on site training to all employees!
