Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide administrative and operational support to HOME Programs and Project Finance staff, including managing files, preparing materials, handling document management,  assist with special projects, research, and financial reporting 
• Manage accounts payable activities, prepare monthly reimbursement requests, and coordinate reconciliations with the Federal Programs Accountant
• Support program monitoring and compliance efforts, including annual occupancy compliance activities, affordability period tracking, and collection of audits, documentation, and reporting
• Prepare notices, legal publications, meeting agendas, minutes, monthly reports, and correspondence
• Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries, providing timely and courteous support to internal and external partners
• Other job duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, loan servicing, accounting support, affordable housing, or a related field
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Moderate travel may be required
