The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Drive Program Profit and Growthâ¯
Provides supervision, oversight and support for theâ¯program and staffâ¯
Responsible for the financial stabilityâ¯and increasing capacity of the programâ¯
Assists in the fiscal year projections, develops budgets and monitors the fiscal soundness of the servicesâ¯
Assists with the development of business and marketing plansâ¯
Works toward effective and efficient internal processesâ¯
Monitor quality and completion of all administrative and clinical paperworkâ¯
Provides oversight of authorizations of theâ¯programâ¯and maintains consistent contact with review entitiesâ¯
Ensures that referrals are disseminated to personnel as appropriate and that timely responses are given to referral agenciesâ¯
Responsible for weekly and monthly reports which include but are not limited to monthly operations reports, supervision reports, billing information, census information, outcomes and general client demographicsâ¯
Provides oversight of timely completion of all state and/or local reports.â¯â¯
Provides oversight of all client recordsâ¯by working with clinical team leadersâ¯â¯
Ensures all new hire paperwork and existing employee paperwork is completed in its entirety and employee files are up to date and accurateâ¯
Oversees the communication and implementation of the Necco policies and proceduresâ¯
Be a data driven champion by promoting and designing initiatives within the program to improve individuals, teams, and company Balanced Scorecard Results.â¯â¯
Oversee the placement and home assignment process as it applies to new staffâ¯
Quality Performance and Risk Managementâ¯
Ensures that allâ¯client contactsâ¯are completed as well as related paperwork within the allotted time framesâ¯
Attends and actively participates in mandatory meetings as scheduledâ¯
Ensures client rights as is relevant to job dutiesâ¯
Ensures all staff under direct/indirect supervision has received orientation and job-related trainingâ¯
Ensures staff training opportunities for continuous developmentâ¯
Works with state level leadership and/or performance team regarding theâ¯recordâ¯review processâ¯
Understands and maintains compliance with all regulatory agencies, licensing, and accreditation standardsâ¯
Reports to proper authority any non-compliance with agency policies, state and regulatory rules and/ or any suspicions of abuse or neglectâ¯
Reports suspected fraud as required by the False Claims Act and as outlined in internal policy and proceduresâ¯
Maintains confidentiality and other responsibilities listed in governmental laws and regulations as well as company policies and proceduresâ¯
Reports any critical incidents,â¯allegations, and/or concernsâ¯toâ¯state directorâ¯or designeeâ¯and teamâ¯
Leadership and Staff Developmentâ¯
Completes individual performance scorecards and provides clear expectations to those he or she supervisesâ¯
Assignment of mentors to those he or she supervisesâ¯

Position Qualifications
Master’s Degree preferred in a Human Services field with a minimum of two years of experience (Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio)
A Bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human service field and two years of experience in a human services related field, at least one year of which is in child welfare services (WV)
Master’s Degree required or complete waiver process (Georgia)
Master’s degree with one year of paid experience or DCS approval through waiver (Indiana)
Master's degree in social work and two years' experience providing foster care or adoption services (Tennessee)
An equivalent degree in a related children's services field, such as psychology or guidance and counseling, may be substituted for the master's degree, provided the candidate has three years of experience in foster care or adoption
Two years of experience in a supervisory or program management roleâ¯
Required basic understanding of Medicaid documentation requirementsâ¯
Required experience working with high-risk children in a child placing and adoption organizationâ¯
Valid driver’s license and 100/300/100 required auto insurance coverageâ¯
Excellent Computer Skills along with the ability to learn new skills and/or programsâ¯
Excellentâ¯Writtenâ¯,â¯Oral Communication, and Organizational Skillsâ¯
Successful completion of all required criminal background checksâ¯
Travel/Training Willingness
