  1. Source: A recruiter sources candidates from various sources; the search starts from our proprietary database. Using advanced sourcing methods like social media, professional networking media, internal, and 3rd party job boards, we identify qualified candidates.
  2. Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates’ experience and skill sets against our client’s position.
  3. Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client’s work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.
  4. Submit: the recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
  5. Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills.
  6. Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.
  7. On board: On successfully completing the above steps, the candidates are welcomed on board and assisted to ensure a smooth integration at the client’s location.

Results-oriented candidate with a strong work ethic. Must be able to demonstrate excellent program management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. Expert skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the ability to work under a tight timeline. Responsible for working with both senior-level business executives and IT personnel to define and execute program requirements and manage stakeholder expectations. Strategically plan and manage initiatives consisting of program components that meet Departmental, State and other stakeholder expectations. Responsible for developing a project plan, maintenance of project issues and risks, and a communications plan that outlines interaction on routine or recurring basis during the project. Develop and deliver solutions design, data migration plan, test plan, training and implementation plans. Ensure efficient distribution of the technical and business resources; and will coordinate with business executives the initiation or continuation of project(s) based on business requirements, business performance and available organizational resources. Responsible for establishing and executing adequate project management controls based on industry accepted methodologies and standards. These controls include the responsibility to monitor and control cost, schedule, performance and risk; to ensure quality and security; overall integration and issues resolution and to perform administrative functions.

Skills Required:

Expert skills with Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality

Good communication with business owners/customers

Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Ability to liaison with people from different lines of the business and backgrounds from management, budget analysts, and designers.

Producing desired deliverables and monitoring progress of others to ensure quality work

Strong problem solving skills
