This position will be located in Roy, UT. The manager will partner with Element Directors to manage all financials to achieve the organization\u2019s financial and strategic objectives.\n\nThis role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get To Do: \n\nThe successful candidate must have a proven leadership track record. The candidate will maintain the highest level of commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead a team of Program Control Analysts in executing a broad scope of business management activities to support program execution and compliance\n\n * Provide financial business analysis and reporting with the ability to clearly communicate with senior management as it relates to financial program status and analyses\n\n * Collaboration with CAMs, element and segment/ program leadership\n\n * Develop business strategy and forecasting, through internal or external deliverables such as the Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)\n\n * Oversee key line forecasting, work authorization, implementation of program budgeting, risk management, estimate at complete development, and various financial reporting activities\n\n * Interface with diverse functional areas to ensure risks are understood and financial performance is achieved\n\n * Support proposal activities from a financial and strategic perspective\n\n * Develop professional talent\n\n * Lead and support internal and external program audits\n\n * Interface with program and customer leadership on contract execution (CDRL submittals, funding requirements, invoicing, etc.)\n\n\n\n\nAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including: \n\n\u2022 Medical, Dental \u0026 Vision coverage \n\n\u2022 401k \n\n\u2022 Educational Assistance \n\n\u2022 Life Insurance \n\n\u2022 Employee Assistance Programs \u0026 Work/Life Solutions \n\n\u2022 Paid Time Off \n\n\u2022 Health \u0026 Wellness Resources \n\n\u2022 Employee Discounts \n\nThis position\u2019s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. \n\nYou\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree and 5 years of related experience; Master\u0027s degree and 3 years of experience \n\n * Experience with Earned Value Proficiency including the Earned Value Guidelines\n\n * Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and management\n\n * Experienced with Microsoft Office Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.\u2026), and PowerPoint\n\n * Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance and Sentinel program access (SAP)clearance\n\n * DoD/ Aerospace experience\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience with managing people preferred\n\n * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance\n\n * 2+ years of management experience and demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent\n\n * 10+ years of industry related experience in finance, accounting, or program control\n\n * Experience with Cognos, Cobra, Project, P6, and SAP\n\n * Full working knowledge of Financial Planning to include Annual Operating Plan development\n\n * Current, active Secret Clearance, current Sentinel program access\n\n * Understanding of DoD contracts and FAR/DFAR\n\n * Understanding of Government Cost Accounting Standards\n\n\n\n\n#Sentinelbusmgmt\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $104,500.00 - $156,700.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
