Reporting to the Senior Director of Spiritual Care for MSHS, the Program Manager provides operational, administrative, and program management support for the Department of Spiritual Care and Education at The Mount Sinai Hospital, with defined responsibilities that support spiritual care services across the Mount Sinai Health System. Based at MSH, the Program Manager leads and coordinates key spiritual care functions, including but not limited to coverage and scheduling; the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program; staff support initiatives for hospital employees; onboarding of staff, students, and volunteers; cross-departmental partnerships; data and reporting activities; and vendor and contract management. The role contributes to the design and maintenance of efficient operational workflows, supports regulatory and accreditation requirements for departmental programs, and helps promote timely, high-quality, and well-coordinated spiritual care services.

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $64,526.72 - $105,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
