Program Manager (GEOINT)

Location: Fort Gordon, GA 30905

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) to lead and manage complex programs supporting national security objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GEOINT operations, program management, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced defense or intelligence environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of GEOINT-related programs ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements.


• Manage program schedules, budgets, and resources to meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and intelligence analysts to ensure program success.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.


• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.


• Prepare and present program status reports, briefings, and documentation to senior leadership and customers.


• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Geospatial Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.


• Minimum of 10 years of program management experience, preferably within GEOINT or defense/intelligence sectors.


• Strong knowledge of GEOINT systems, tools, and processes.


• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


• Experience with government contracting and compliance standards is highly desirable.


• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Work Environment

This position is located at Fort Gordon, GA, supporting critical GEOINT missions. The role may require occasional travel and the ability to work in a secure government facility.
