Program Team Lead

Grace Adventures is a religious organization that makes employment decisions on Bible based beliefs and practices. Because of the nature of our Christian program; Christian belief, character, and practice are essential requirements of employment positions.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence through programing at the campground . This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work with the Program Manager to integrate themes
• Maintain neat and professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor’s dress code
• Obey and enforce all camp rules and policies (Matthew 18)   
• Work with Program Manager to assess the daily program schedule and plan out daily tasks
• Lead and facilitate various program activities
• Coach other staff on leading activities and making sure they are set up for success   
• All other duties as assigned by leadership

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Facilitate Activities at the campground
• To Serve guests and Campground Staff as needed
• Become familiar with the camp and grounds
• Keep spiritually and physically prepared to minister

RESPONSIBLE TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Program Manager

REPORTS TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Program Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum age: 18
• Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Strong Worldview 
• Ability to work well alone and with others
• Desires to be part of a team
• Good health and stamina is required to implement campground programming. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
• Creativity
• Comfortable working and interacting with children and families
