Programs Field Representative

H11A DDS Annual Salary $55,874.34 + Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.   
 

Minimum Qualifications

• A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention, and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;
• OR an equivalent combination of experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• POC Reviewers complete an average of 10 to 15 reviews a day and spend at least 4 to 5 hours per day on follow-up on corrected reviews.
• Each POC Reviewer supports 3 Case Manager Supervisor groups and 1 to 2 Case Manager III floaters assigned to Field Managers reviewing POC/LOCs, providing training and answering questions regarding policy and POC/LOC submissions.
• The expectation is to complete reviews within 10 days of the date of submission.
