Project Accountant

Project Accountant - High-End Residential Construction, Los Angeles, CA

Our client is a high-end residential construction firm with a Los Angeles office, building and renovating luxury homes across the city.

The firm is seeking a Project Accountant to own project-level billing and cost compliance for its Los Angeles work.

Key Responsibilities

• Client billing on AIA G702 and monthly requisitions, including the pencil req.
• Purchase orders, subcontractor invoices and payment applications.
• Certificate of insurance compliance and renewals.
• Potential change orders and requests for approval.
• Retainage calculation and release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• SAGE is required; Intacct experience is preferred.
• Construction management accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail across high-volume project billing.

Compensation

• $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
