Project Architect Healthcare

In this role, you’ll be involved with healthcare projects from early planning and design through construction administration, serving as a trusted partner to clients and a steady leader for multidisciplinary project teams. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly and keep projects aligned with each client’s goals, schedule and budget.

You’ll also have a meaningful role in the continued growth of our Madison office. Essential Job Functions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, delivering responsive, thoughtful service and building relationships that extend beyond a single project.
• Engage in healthcare projects from initial programming and conceptual design through construction documentation and construction administration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, consultants, contractors and client stakeholders to support clear communication and successful project delivery.
• Anticipate project and client needs, help identify challenges early and guide teams toward practical, creative solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of design quality, technical accuracy and documentation throughout every phase of the project.
• Collaborate with RDG’s healthcare leaders and teams across offices, drawing on firmwide expertise and resources.
• Support client presentations, interviews, proposals and other relationship-building efforts.
• Mentor emerging professionals and contribute to the culture, capabilities and continued growth of the Madison office.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in architecture from an accredited program.
