About the Opportunity Big League Talent Co. is partnering with a construction company in Palm Beach to hire a Project Coordinator. The company is looking for someone with a strong accounting or administrative background who wants to bring those skills into construction. If you are the person who keeps the paperwork accurate, the invoices reconciled, and the deadlines met in your current job, this role puts those skills to work on live construction
projects. You'll handle the financial and contractual side of each job and also help coordinate finishes, so you'll see the build up close.
The Role You'll work directly alongside the Project Manager and keep the business side of each project organized and current. That includes setting up subcontracts at the start of a job, keeping change orders and insurance up to date while it runs, and assembling the monthly pay applications that keep the project funded. You'll also help coordinate finishes. You'll be the person the project team relies on for accurate, complete, organized information.
What You'll Get to Accomplish
Set each project up correctly from the start by preparing and managing project-specific subcontracts and documentation.
Keep subcontractor agreements accurate as the work evolves by registering new subcontractors and drafting and managing change orders.
Compile monthly pay applications, including lien waivers and supporting documentation, and collect and organize vendor and subcontractor invoices for Project Manager approval.
Protect the project from compliance gaps by making sure every subcontractor's insurance certificates are collected and stay current for the life of the job.
Help coordinate finishes, supporting the project team as finish work moves forward.
Keep the project record clean and accessible in Procore and the project's digital folder system.
Serve as a dependable point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and support staff so project needs are handled quickly and clearly.
What You'll Bring
A strong background in accounting or a related administrative field
Exceptional organization and close attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
The ability to manage several priorities at once and keep them moving
Preferred, but not required: experience with Procore or another project management platform.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
A real entry point into construction. Construction experience isn't required. Your accounting and administrative strengths are the qualifications that matter here.
Work that uses your strengths. Subcontracts, change orders, invoices, pay applications, lien waivers, and insurance tracking all reward the precision you already have.
Exposure beyond the numbers. Helping coordinate finishes gives you a view into the project itself, not only its paperwork.
A direct partnership with the Project Manager. You'll work closely with the person leading the project, and your work will directly shape how smoothly it runs.
Compensation $75,000–$100,000 Candidates should have a strong accounting or administrative background to be considered. Construction experience is not required.
