PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Electrical Division Project Coordinator provides organized, proactive project and administrative support to the Electrical Division from project startup through final closeout. This position helps keep project information, documentation, procurement, financial records, and communication moving accurately and on time while supporting project managers, field leadership, customers, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. As part of an employee-owned company, the Project Coordinator is expected to approach the work with accountability, teamwork, and an employee-owner mindset.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Set up assigned electrical projects and accurately enter and maintain project-specific information in CMiC and other company systems.
Review and develop a working understanding of owner contract documents, electrical drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, and project
Request and track required Certificates of Insurance (COls), vendor and subcontractor documentation, and other project-start
Manage RFI and submittal processes, maintain current logs, and facilitate timely exchange of information among project managers, field teams, general contractors, engineers, owners, vendors, and
Process and track project documentation including RFls, submittals, AIA documents, work orders, owner and subcontractor change orders, purchase documentation, meeting action items, and other project records.
Support procurement by tracking electrical equipment and materials, long-lead items, releases, required dates, delivery status, and vendor follow-up; promptly communicate potential impacts to the project team.
Assist Project Managers with project controls, including commitments, cost documentation, change management, subcontractor/vendor agreements, and other records needed to support accurate project financial
Use Bluebeam Revu to review, organize, mark up, combine, compare, and distribute drawings and project documents as
Reyiew subcontractor/vendor billings and assist with preparation and documentation of monthly owner pay applications and other billing
Attend project OAC, coordination, and internal team meetings as requested; prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up documentation.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Successfully pass a background
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, construction, accounting, or project management is a
Commercial construction project coordination, project administration, or similar experience preferred; electrical construction experience is highly
Strong computer skills required, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and related
Experience with Bluebeam Revu preferred; ability to learn and use PDF markup, drawing organization, document comparison, and related workflows is
Experience with CMiC construction management software preferred; experience with comparable construction-management or ERP systems is
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with teammates, field personnel, customers, general contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and owners.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, maintain organized records, and adapt to changing project needs.
Financial-management familiarity, including a basic understanding of project costs, budgets, commitments, billings, change orders, purchase documentation, and pay
Ability to read and understand construction contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project correspondence.
» Working knowledge of electrical construction terminology, materials, equipment, drawings, and project workflows preferred.
Coordinate closely with project management and field leadership regarding schedules, manpower and material information, inspections, milestones, access requirements, shutdowns, phasing, and other needs associated with commercial and occupied-space electrical work.
Participate in punch walks and track punch-list completion as
Coordinate timely preparation and completion of comprehensive electrical closeout packages, including as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, test reports, commissioning documentation, training records, attic stock or spare materials, and other required turnover
Maintain accurate, current, and well-organized project files and document-control standards so the project team can readily access the information needed to execute the
Support Project Managers and division leadership with project reporting, customer service, business-development follow-up, and other administrative or project needs as
