As a Project Executive – Heavy Industrial, you’ll step into a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape some of the country’s most complex and high-profile industrial projects. From early pursuit conversations through successful completion, you’ll guide strategy, build client confidence, and bring together owners, engineers, trade partners, and Boldt teams around a shared vision for success.

You’ll have the influence and resources to solve challenging problems, strengthen project certainty, and develop high-performing teams while mentoring the next generation of construction leaders. By applying Integrated Lean Project Delivery and the Boldt Production System (BPS), you’ll help deliver predictable outcomes, deepen client partnerships, and leave projects, teams, and communities better than you found them. What You Bring

• Four‑year engineering degree (construction management preferred) or equivalent combined education and experience.


• Advanced management or technical training preferred.


• 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex construction projects, ideally in heavy industrial or related markets.


• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.


• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, lead teams, and deliver results.


• Proficiency in Microsoft O365.


• Valid driver’s license: role may require travel and participation in vehicle programs (subject to MVR review).

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $143,000 - $192,000annually 

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $143,000 - $192,000annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs. 

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
