Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion. This position ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established scope, quality standards, and business objectives.
The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project schedules and resources, tracks milestones and deliverables, identifies and mitigates risks, and communicates project status to stakeholders and senior management.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Define project scope, objectives, requirements, responsibilities, and success criteria.
Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and functional teams.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members and monitor progress.
Establish project schedules and ensure activities remain aligned with deadlines.
Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and critical path activities.
Monitor project budgets, costs, resources, and financial performance.
Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays.
Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, schedules, and management updates.
Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and external partners when applicable.
Manage project documentation, requirements, action items, decisions, and approvals.
Monitor project scope and manage change requests through appropriate approval processes.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Resolve project issues and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders and team members.
Support resource planning and allocation to ensure projects have the necessary personnel and capabilities.
Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions after project completion.
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning through completion.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and practices.
Experience developing project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or other recognized project management certification.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional or enterprise-level projects.
Experience with budget management, forecasting, and resource planning.
Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
Experience with risk management and project governance.
Knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems.
Experience managing vendors, contractors, or third-party service providers.
