Project Manager

RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing an established commercial roofing and construction contractor that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of commercial roofing projects from inception through completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, preferably roofing, with experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships.

As Project Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating field operations and subcontractors, managing project financials, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities, among others:

• Manage commercial roofing projects from initial planning through final closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, job costing, scheduling, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material procurement, and field operations.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and contractual compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and participate in project coordination meetings.
• Oversee project billing, financial reporting, and closeout documentation.
