Project Manager - Associate

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Associate Project Manager (PM) to support external clients throughout the project implementation and software development lifecycle. The PM is responsible for managing client statements of work, facilitating requirements analysis and design, baselining project plans, keeping the client informed of project progress, tracking and communicating financial status, ensuring timeline schedule, managing change, mitigating risk, and working with the client to facilitate on time, on budget project deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teams.


• Manage project deliverables to ensure completion on schedule, within budget, and to client satisfaction.


• Maintain project financial performance within approved client budgets and assessments.


• Deliver project timelines on or ahead of schedule according to plan.


• Manage resource allocation through accurate bookings and effective coordination of work product delivery.


• Assess, communicate, and manage project scope changes to secure client approval and minimize project impact.


• Track and achieve productivity, utilization, and margin metrics in accordance with established company guidelines.


• Maintain accurate project data, including resourcing, task management, bookings, time recording, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and other required details within project management systems.


• Meet established KPIs in alignment with Project Management requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in project or program management


• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)


• Experience with either Waterfall or Agile methodologies


• Strong knowledge of MS Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Visio


• Experience with project management software (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)


• Project Management Certifications are a plus (i.e. PMP, CSM, CAPM, SAFe)


• Six Sigma or Lean process improvement experience is a plus


• 
  
  Experience in financial services, particularly life insurance or annuities, is a plus
  
  

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
