Project Manager - Construction

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects in the Tri -state area, ensuring timely and successful delivery 
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and other project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets
  
• Monitor project performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, presenting regular project updates
  
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards
  

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in union settings
  
• In -depth understanding of the Philadelphia construction market
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
  
  

• Strong Leadership and organizational skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
