Project Manager- Construction & Engineering

Lead assigned construction projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and vendor performance Develop and maintain project financials including estimates, forecasts, cash flow, and cost controls Build and manage detailed project schedules; remove roadblocks and coordinate multi-functional alignment Lead design reviews, competitive bidding, contract execution, and project programming and development activities Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field; or relevant certification/licensing 5+ years as a primary project manager for highly technical construction projects Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing vendors, contracts, and budgets Strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive decisions using structured methodologies PMP or other recognized project management certification Experience in semiconductor or similarly complex industrial construction environments Background in business process improvement or risk/failure mode analysis Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale, multi-functional initiatives
