Job Title: Project Manager ERP

Location: St Louis, MO

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Looking for an ERP PM. Ideally JDE or SAP ERP experience..  

IT Project Manager 

Summary

The Project Manager IT Implementations will be responsible for the Planning, Design, Implementation and Monitoring of IT projects that affect many users. In addition the Project Manager will handle project communications to the project team and any stakeholders.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage multiple, parallel projects using formal project management methodologies

· Maintain project controls that accurately reflect completed work against project plans, schedules and budgets, and ensure user/management involvement at appropriate milestones

· Manage project priorities, scope, budgets, timelines and expectations

· Ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated to project team, stakeholders, sponsors, steering committee and all levels of management and documented appropriately

· Track and manage issues throughout the project

· Develop Cutover Plans for Project Implementations

· Oversee a Testing Lead through the different stages of testing

· Develop project documentation and training materials where applicable

· Enforce best practices and implement policies and procedures for compliance to ensure companywide standards

· Provide management with regular communication on the progress of projects and other initiatives

Job Qualifications (For Best Results utilize Arial 10pt font):

· 5-10 years of experience in IT project management

· At least 5 years of experience managing multiple, medium to large, cross-functional projects

· Experience in ERP Projects preferably JDE

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

· Experience managing remote and third party resources.

· Prior experience interfacing with senior management

· Results-oriented individual with strong problem-solving, influencing, consensus building and negotiating skills.

· Articulate and persuasive oral and written communications skills.

· Knowledge of food manufacturing environment preferred

· Minimal Travel Required

· Project Management Certifications
