Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for clients and represent the firm in meetings with project teams, city agencies, and construction teams.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and milestones, keeping clients informed as work progresses.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, review agencies, and other disciplines to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication and documentation.
Help evaluate design options and resolve complex design and technical issues.
Oversee the quality and coordination of drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
Contribute to 3D modeling and technical production as needed.
Support projects through construction administration.
Build client relationships and participate in opportunities for future work.
Qualifications
At least eight years of professional architectural experience, including five years working across phases from schematic design through construction administration.
Direct professional experience on multifamily residential towers. Academic projects alone do not meet this requirement.
Advanced or expert Revit skills, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and Bluebeam.
Experience leading project teams and coordinating consultants.
Strong understanding of construction documents, building codes, and technical detailing.
Ability to manage client relationships, schedules, budgets, and competing deadlines.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Architectural licensure preferred; candidates working toward licensure may also be considered.
A professional degree in architecture from an accredited program preferred.
Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign preferred.
Location and Work Authorization
This is a hybrid position that may be based in San Diego, Chicago, or San Francisco. San Diego and Chicago are the current priorities. Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of one of these offices. Relocation assistance is not available.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
