Project Manager (Municipal Civil Engineering) - Full Time

What you will be doing:

• 
  

  Writing proposals and winning business.

  
  


• 
  

  Setting and maintaining project budgets and overseeing projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Serving as the main point of contact with municipal clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating with team members and sub-consultants.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilizing the Company's diverse staff to grow a client base and increase overall market share in the Greater Cedarburg area.

  
  


• 
  

  Representing the Company as a Municipal Engineer to assigned client communities.

  
  

Experience you will need:

• 
  

  Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

  
  


• 
  

  Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in all aspects of civil engineering.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 2 years of experience as a project manager or in a role with manager-level responsibilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology and hydraulic software is preferred but not required.
