You'll kickstart the process by inspecting roofs for weather damage, guiding homeowners through the insurance process, crafting project estimates/scope of work, sealing the deal, and overseeing the entire construction process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

• Promote TEC’s services and products to potential customers and communicate effectively through the project lifecycle;
• Assist homeowners with navigating the insurance claims process;
• Must be able to develop and maintain customer relationships by using a combination of self-generated leads achieved through door-knocking, and referrals;
• Oversee teams on projects and installations to ensure the quality of work is up to TEC’s standards;
• Must be able to get up on a roof to inspect for damage along with looking for damage around siding and gutters;
• Provide exceptional customer service;
• Must have a valid driver's license.
