Job Description - Project Manager (Painting Company)


  • Execution of $2 Million + in revenue while compiling field experience 

  • Responsible for overseeing 6 – 10+ painting crews. 

  • Completing project Kick-Offs per the “Kick-Off Guide.”

  • Completing Inspections for each project per the “Inspection Guide.” 

  • Completing a Final Inspection per the “Final Walk Through” with the crew prior to a final walk through with clients and prior to submitting payment requests for the crew. 

  • Reporting each week to the General Manager 

  • Continue to learn about the growing industry of residential & commercial painting and interrelating trades and how they affect the economy and the life of the client

  • Interact with clients to contribute to a “5 Star Experience” for our clients

  • Daily/Weekly check-ins with General Manager
