Project Manager – Transformation Management Office
Help Turn Strategy Into Results
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Transformation to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO) and lead complex, high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization.
This is not a traditional project management role focused primarily on schedules, status reports, and task tracking. You will work on some of the organization’s most important transformation priorities, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to take initiatives from strategy and concept through execution, adoption, and measurable results.
The right person is highly organized and analytical, but also knows how to influence, solve problems, navigate ambiguity, and keep teams moving. You will have meaningful ownership, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work across a large, multi-site healthcare organization.
What You’ll Do
Own Strategic Initiatives From Concept to Results
Take ownership of assigned transformation initiatives from initial planning through implementation and stabilization. Your work does not end at launch. You will help ensure changes are adopted, performance is measured, and intended business outcomes are achieved and sustained.
Lead Complex, Cross-Functional Execution
Drive initiatives involving operational, clinical, technology, and corporate teams. Coordinate workstreams, establish accountability, manage dependencies, anticipate risks, and keep teams focused on key milestones and outcomes.
Build the Roadmap
Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable workplans. Define activities, milestones, dependencies, owners, sequencing, and resources so teams understand what needs to happen and when.
Use Data to Drive Decisions
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate initiative performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help leaders make informed decisions. Establish meaningful measures of success and monitor whether initiatives are delivering the expected value.
Create Alignment and Accountability
Partner closely with Initiative Owners, functional leaders, and team members across the organization. Facilitate productive discussions, resolve roadblocks, follow up with owners, and ensure commitments translate into action.
Communicate With Senior Leadership
Develop clear, concise updates and presentations that communicate progress, performance, risks, decisions, and next steps. Support reporting and discussions with senior leadership and the Board as needed.
Bring a Strategic Perspective
Understand how individual initiatives connect to broader organizational priorities. Bring forward insights from the work, identify emerging challenges, and help leaders determine where adjustments may be needed to achieve the desired outcome.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and is comfortable taking ownership in an environment where not every answer is known at the outset.

Analytical. You are comfortable working with data and can distinguish activity from actual results.
Comfortable with complexity. You can bring structure to ambiguous problems, manage multiple moving pieces, and adjust when priorities evolve.
A strong communicator. You can work effectively with people at different levels of the organization and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Persistent and accountable. You follow through, ask the right questions, surface risks early, and are comfortable holding others accountable to commitments.
Strategically curious. You want to understand not only what needs to be done, but why it matters and whether the work is producing the intended outcome.
Mission-driven. You believe addiction is a brain disease, not a moral failing, and demonstrate hope, respect, and compassion in your interactions with patients and fellow team members.
