Key Responsibilities:

• Assist general manager and plant supervisor with schedule coordination, material ordering, quality control review, etc.


• Utilize metal fabrication experience to optimize production processes


• Produce quality drawings using AutoCAD


• Foster a culture of motivation, leadership, and accountability


• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, prioritizing health and safety procedures


• Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing


• Strong drafting skills required


• Leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and enforce standards


• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective teamwork


• Integrity-driven mindset, upholding professional standards in all actions


• Resilience under pressure, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly


• Analytical prowess to gather insights and drive informed decision-making


• Willingness to jump in and to help with all aspects of the manufacturing process tasks
