Job Description

We are seeking a Scheduler for a position in Stevens Point, WI!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules for technicians, and will ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for personnel, projects
  • Prepare and maintain reports on schedules, resource utilization, and progress.
  • Assist with conflict resolution regarding scheduling issues, such as double-booking or resource unavailability.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and organizing documentation related to scheduling.
  • Use scheduling software and tools to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, project coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized scheduling tools).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
