Description
  • Ensure superior customer services are maintained. 
  • Executes promotions inside casino, assisting patrons participating in promotions, drawings, tournaments, and giveaways. 
  • Distribute promotional items, entries, tickets, and event materials
  • Staffs special event registration areas. 
  • Act as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same. 
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. 
  • Licensed and authorized to execute promotions on the gaming floor.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality when working with guest accounts.
  • Provide accurate information to guests regarding on property promotions & events and direct marketing offers.
  • Maintain sufficient knowledge to effectively and enthusiastically promote all aspects of the Caesars Rewards Program and its benefits.
  • All team members will follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy. It is the expectation that every team member, front or back of house, should proactively seek out opportunities to greet guests and their fellow team members daily. EGE policy states teams members should: acknowledge guests and fellow team members within 10 feet; initiate friendly verbal greeting within 5 feet; keep your head up, look around (“head on a swivel”); look for opportunities to greet guests and others; please remember that when you are on the floor, you are “on stage”.
  • Team members will participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Responsibilities
  • Must be able to maneuver all areas of the casino, including in and around Pit areas.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist and grip items when necessary. 
  • Must have manual dexterity to operate a typewriter, computer, and 10 key adding machine, photocopy machine, fax machine and telephone. 
  • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests’ demands in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.  Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 30lbs.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work in areas containing secondhand smoke, loud noises, dust, and bright lights.
  • Part‑time/on‑call; hours vary based on promotional calendar
  • Must be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and short‑notice event needs


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred. 
  • Microsoft office and Greg Davis (APS) experience preferred. 
  • Must be able to deal with guests in a casino environment. 
  • Casino experience preferred. 
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers as a team. 
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
