Position Summary

Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking a Promotions Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and brand awareness initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in gaining experience in marketing, promotions, and event support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Represent client brands in a professional manner.
• Engage with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Help prepare promotional displays, materials, and event resources.
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Perform additional marketing support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, event, or promotional experience is helpful but not required.
