Property Agent

We are a Mortgage Field Services Company in need of individuals that have a reliable vehicle, camera, cellphone, and computer/laptop with internet. Basic duties are:

-Take 6-15 photos of properties.
-Enter Dwellings (Some Occasions)
-Document what you see, using our system(Mobile App).
-Speak with residence (Some Occasions)
-Post Notices and/or Doorhangers

Must be detail orient and capable of effectively communicating. If you're interested, please submit your application and someone will contact you as soon as possible. This position requires a moderate amount of driving, so we recommend that you own a fuel efficient vehicle(Hybrid, 4 Cyl. or small V6), as we DO NOT compensate extra for Gas/Mileage.

Pay is on a "Per Inspection" basis, but can be lucrative depending on your performance. There is potential to make a decent amount of income in this industry and not have to work 5 days a week. Part-Time agents make roughly $1640/Mo. and Full-Time agents make roughly $3000+/mth; The sky is the limit. Apply today!
