Our client is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Product Manager to join their team. This individual will support the development, enhancement, and ongoing management of P&C insurance products while helping ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive and aligned with changing market and regulatory requirements. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of their Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical understanding of insurance products, including coverages, rates, rules, and forms, along with the ability to work cross-functionally on product initiatives from evaluation through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support enhancements to existing Property & Casualty insurance products
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth
Evaluate coverage language, rating structures, underwriting rules, policy forms, and related product materials
Partner with Compliance and other internal teams on product changes and implementation initiatives
Monitor regulatory and industry developments that may impact current or future product offerings
Review publications and updates from industry rating and advisory organizations and assess their impact on the business
Assist with the development and rollout of new products, coverage enhancements, and other product initiatives
Provide recommendations based on market research, product performance, and changing business needs
Qualifications
3–5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance product management experience
Strong technical knowledge of P&C coverages, rates, rules, and policy forms
Familiarity with ISO and/or AAIS publications and product updates preferred
Experience researching and evaluating insurance product and market developments
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively across departments
Salary & Benefits
$85,000–$110,000 annual base salary, depending on experience
