We are looking for a Property Maintenance Tech to maintain properties in the Chapel Hill area! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Monday-Friday, 1 HR lunch
$18-$22/HR based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout properties
- Complete basic plumbing reparis such as minor leaks and faucets
- Handle painting, touch-ups, and general cosmetic repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Submiting a resume
- 1-2 years of property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related field preferred
- Basic knowlege of plumbing, painting, and electrical work
- Able to use hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
$18 - $22 an hour
