Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Deptford
Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our busy Deptford office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a residential portfolio while delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties


• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs


• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors


• Conducting property inspections


• Managing tenancy renewals and compliance requirements


• Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management (more preferred)


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively


• Full UK driving licence required


• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Deptford

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm


• 5-day working week
