Job Description - Property Manager: Full Time

Full Time


$36,500 – $41,000 per year + excellent benefits

Qualifications:


A minimum of 2 years of experience managing large facilities or multiple facilities, experience with electrical, HVAC, pool filtration, plumbing, and general knowledge of scheduling of job tasks.


Within 90 days of employment a current pool operator and pesticide applicator license must be current and must have a valid PA driver's license.


Essential Functions:



  • Maintenance and cleaning of the Y Facility and grounds.

  • Manage, coordinate, and schedule work projects to be completed with minimal disruption to members.

  • Ensure that all safety and risk management best practices are followed.

  • Conduct daily building audits to determine workflow.

  • Manage the chemical/mechanical aspects of the pools to adhere to local law.

  • Manage contracts and order weekly supplies.

  • Snow removal from walkways.

  • Set up and tear down of various activities.

  • Conduct daily evaluation of equipment and facility and follow up on all safety and cleanliness-related issues.

  • Work with the President/CEO to oversee all construction/renovation projects.

  • Responsible for hiring, training and evaluating all maintenance and housekeeping staff members.

  • Create staff schedules, monitor time sheets, and complete payroll.
