We are seeking a motivated, organized, and solution-oriented Property Manager Specialist to join our team. This person takes an efficient and personable approach to all applicants and sees every interaction as an opportunity to make a positive impact. This role is central to delivering a positive experience to our residents.

This is a Full-Time onsite role at our Southview Property in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Reports to the Property Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• 
  
  
  
  • Welcome and assist all guests of Southview in person and by phone
  
  
  • Drive occupancy up by owning leasing life cycle from unknown applicant to resident move in
    
    
    
    • Own leasing communication via phone, in-person, and email
    
    
    
    
  
  
  • Collect all unreceived revenue
    
    
    
    • Communicate proactively and retroactively with all delinquent residents
    
    
    • Post notices
    
    
    
    
  
  
  • Support the Property Manager
  
  
  
  

Secondary Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in leasing, customer service, support, or administrative roles


• Strong communication, both written and verbal - With the ability to convey empathy and clarity


• Highly organized


• Excellent problem-solving skills; Brings ideas and solutions
  


• A mindset focused on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency


• Agile mindset; Adaptable and comfortable with change, excited by growth
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Willingness to learn industry tools
