Security Watch, Inc. is compiling a list of current and available Armed Protective Security Officers (PSOs) and security management personnel located throughout the State of West Virginia for potential staffing of federal facility security posts.

Key Responsibilities:
- We provide high -quality security services to protect people and property.
- Maintaining effective relationships with clients and guests
- Reporting safety concerns and security breaches
- Handling security issues and emergencies
- Familiarizing with specific operations and manuals
- Greeting visitors and employees
- Assisting visitors and employees
- Being adaptable to changing environments
- Patrolling the facility
- Answering phones and monitoring security systems
- Following DHS security protocols
- Ensuring the security of stakeholders
- Performing Access Control and Screening Duties
- Executing emergency closure procedures
- Providing roving guard services and Perimeter and Interior patrol
- Providing escort and courier services
- Assisting in plans and procedures in the event of a major catastrophe
Requirements
Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local licensing requirements.
At least 21 years old
High school diploma or GED
Two years of armed security experience (police, law enforcement, civilian, etc.), or 3 to 5 years of military or National Guard (active duty or reserve), or equivalent experience in armed security services
Firearm experience
DHS Homeland Security Clearance (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to provide quality customer service and handle emergencies.
Pass a pre -employment background check, drug screen, physical exam, and reference check.
Obtain a DHS Suitability Letter Clearance
Prior DHS contract PSO experience (preferred)
Pass a drug test.
Undergo basic medical screening.
21 years of age and a citizen of the United States
High school diploma
