Job Description - Provider Liaison

Provider Liaison

Southwest Women's Oncology + Optimum Infusion | Albuquerque, New Mexico

Why This Role Matters

Referrals are the lifeblood of Southwest Women's Oncology and Optimum Infusion. Behind every referral is a relationship-and behind every relationship is a person who showed up, stayed present, and made it easy to say yes.

The Provider Liaison is that person. This role exists to ensure that every potential referring provider in New Mexico has an active, informed, and trusted relationship with Optimum-built one conversation at a time. No algorithm replaces a handshake. This is a field role for someone energized by human connection and motivated by measurable growth. We hire for attitude and aptitude above all else.

Who We Are

Southwest Women's Oncology (SWWO) is New Mexico's leading gynecologic oncology practice, delivering advanced cancer care with skill, courage, and compassion.

Optimum Human and Optimum Infusion extend that mission into performance medicine, infusion services, longevity, recovery, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapies, hyperbaric medicine, aesthetics, and human performance.

Together, we operate as a single integrated platform committed to one mission: to deliver new possibilities in medical care, human performance, and health by uniting passion, knowledge, and precision into something greater than the sum of its parts.

What You'll Own

Provider Relationship Development

Visit physician offices, hospitals, clinics, and referral sources throughout New Mexico on a structured, consistent schedule. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, APPs, referral coordinators, and office managers-delivering educational materials and referral resources in a compelling, provider-centered way.

Support provider outreach initiatives from the Optimum Growth Agency marketing team. Attend provider events, CME programs, and community engagement activities as a representative of Optimum's mission and clinical excellence.

CRM & Market Intelligence

Track all activity, visits, and relationship notes in the CRM consistently and accurately. Gather intelligence on referral patterns, competitive activity, and provider needs-identifying barriers and opportunities and communicating insights back to marketing and leadership.
