Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Verify guest identification and enforce age restrictions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and interior spaces to maintain a safe environment.
• De-escalate conflicts using sound judgment and professional communication.
• Enforce house policies respectfully and consistently.
• Respond promptly to disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
• Conduct routine security checks throughout the venue.
• Work closely with management and staff to address safety concerns.
• Complete incident reports accurately and thoroughly when necessary.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Assist with closing security procedures.
