PSR Patient Service Rep

• Full-time, PSR four-day-a-week medical PSR position, Monday through Thursday, 6:45 am to 5 pm. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off! $18-$20 DOE (Medford)
• Full-time float for front desk, phones, and medical records. Monday through Thursday, 7:50 am to 5:00 pm; Friday, 7:50 am to 4 pm; one Friday a month off. $18-$22 DOE (Ashland)
• Full-time phones and cross-train for the front desk. Monday through Friday, 7:50 am to 5:00 pm. $18-$19 DOE (Medford)

Greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, medical records, and performs other general access call center duties.

Duties:

• Checking in/out patients
• Greet patients
• Collect co-pays
• Handle multiple tasks at a fast pace
• Verify patient insurance and information on the computer
• Scan medical cards and information into the EMR
• Some insurance verifications
• Phones
• Confirming appointments
• Taking detailed messages
• Routing calls to different departments
• Medical Records
• Other clerical duties as needed.

Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and current reference checks. You must be at least 18 to apply.
