Supervises the activities of 20-25 Patient Service Technicians and the operations of Patient Service Centers according to established policies and procedures.
Administrative: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications, supervisory skills.
Supervises the activities of 20-25 Patient Service Technicians and the operations of Patient Service Centers according to established policies and procedures. Monitor wait times, ensure patient satisfaction at both PSC's and IOP's, partner with sales and management team members to ensure client satisfaction, complete performance reviews, time-keeping in Ceridian, partner with human resources members for employee related issues, ensure that all employees meet training and certification requirements, help with new PSC and IOP set-ups, manage vacation requests, and other assigned duties. $40K-$45K. No relocation
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred w/1-3 years of experience in related field. Normally requires a Valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record.
